I regularly conduct market research studies for companies that are interested in scientifically based studies providing valid and reliable results as a basis for sustainable business decisions. Studies are qualtitative and/or quantitative in nature. Research topics are for example:
- Adoption and acceptance of innovations (including e.g., products, product designs, product packaging, Websites, social commerce),
- Customer experience within the customer journey,
- Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,
- Brand awareness and brand image, and
- Positioning analysis.
Recent research projects were carried out in collaboration with major consultancy firms, service providers and associations.
I regularly serve as an expert in national and international accreditation procedures with AQAS.
