I regularly conduct market research studies for companies that are interested in scientifically based studies providing valid and reliable results as a basis for sustainable business decisions. Studies are qualtitative and/or quantitative in nature. Research topics are for example:

  1. Adoption and acceptance of innovations (including e.g., products, product designs, product packaging, Websites, social commerce),
  2. Customer experience within the customer journey,
  3. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,
  4. Brand awareness and brand image, and
  5. Positioning analysis.

Recent research projects were carried out in collaboration with major consultancy firms, service providers and associations.

I regularly serve as an expert in national and international accreditation procedures with AQAS.
